I was given conflicting information on the status of the tires on my vehicle. The tech said they needed to be replaced but service advisor said they were fine. I was told that I needed a part ordered to fix the A/C issue and that it would take two weeks. My service advisor said he would update me every Friday on the status of the part. He did not do that and I called today to check on the status of the part because it had been over two weeks and was told that the part had arrived. I asked if I was going to be notified that it had come in and the response was I’m not sure if you would have we’re having issues. These things along with you no longer having loaner cars are very disappointing service. Not at all what I had bedn used to with the previous Audi that I had.

Cino our service writer was excellent, he informed us about the steps of performing the work/testing for our recall and delivered our car prior to the promised time. When the vehicle was returned to us there was a problem with the entertainment center going out three times on the trip home. We returned to the Dealership and Cino reset the programs and it appears to have fixed the problem. Great person to deal with which will bring me back for future service.

The service was horrible. I had an appointment for an oil change only at 8:30. I arrived with my car at 8 in the morning and didn’t get it back till 2 o’clock. I’m never going back, horrible service would never recommend to anybody. Took so long even with an appointment. Nobody ever come !

Dariusz was great and very informative. The issue was that my car was washed. The last two times I was in for service I asked for my car not to be washed, and both times it was washed. I had just spent hours hand waxing it and I wanted that layer of wax on the car a bit longer.
