Unfortunately, a lot of the service was not completed. I asked for the windshield wipers spray to be looked at and it was not. I asked for the car to be cleaned and it was not. so very disappointing, you have the car for 2 days and two of the three things that needed to be done were not done

I had an 11am appointment for an oil change and tire inspection. Car wasn’t ready until after 5pm and that was only after I called and texted several times. I understand being backed up, but then appointment availability should be adjusted to account for that.

I’d like to speak to a sales or general manager at Lakeland Audi
in regards to a crack in my windshield that I was not made aware of until after they finished servicing my vehicle for an unrelated issue. After the service manager told me about the crack I replied that I was not aware of any crack on my windshield prior to arriving at the Lakeland Audi service department, he told me the damage was shown on the check-in inspection video, when I viewed that video I DID NOT see any indication that there was a crack on the windshield. I reviewed the video again several times with my wife with the same results. I would like Lakeland Audi to investigate this matter and review the video thoroughly and contact me to resolve this matter.
