I would have liked a loaner vehicle. I had to rent a car and it got to be expensive. Otherwise it was fine although it got a little scary when one of the REPLACEMENT parts was defective.

Your call back number doesn’t work from the page where the video web site inspection was sent to me (http://www.mkvwa11.com/p/61fupB.html). If you click call back, I got a message saying the extension doesn’t work and hung up on me. Also, I never got a call after the car was ready for pickup and had to call later in the afternoon only to find out the car was ready three hours earlier.

No issue with Ryan, but I was contacted by someone because my car had a recall. My reason for coming in, of course I then agree to 1000.00 worth of preventative maintenance. When I pick my car up no mention of the recall and then someone says that was taken care of a couple years ago. Was it? Is this just a way to get someone into the Service shop?
Asked to get a trade in value, also not done.

I was asked if I'd like a car wash. When I picked my car up 3 hours later, it was not washed. So that fell short.
