I had been told they could replace the front tow hook cover. When I got there, I was told it had to be ordered so I’ll have to go back when part arrives. I live in Lake Wales. Also, the last time I had the car there, I had asked Josh to look at some slight damage on the back bumper. He said he could do that for $500. So when I made the appointment for service, I talked to him about doing that and he said it could be done. I was even planning to leave the car at least overnight. Tony told me they wouldn’t be able to do that repair. Said he didn’t know anything about it. He was very helpful but I think there needs to be more communication between the different departments.

They had my car for over a week and I was completely inconvenienced and had to get rides to work everyday and even to the grocery store. Thank god it is summer break or I don’t know how I would have gotten my kid to school.

I am not completely satisfied , I am afraid during the tire change sensors got damaged because we have never experienced anything like this before so please schedule an appointment so this can be fix soon . Thank you for your understanding.

I choose completely satisfied primarily because Ryan did an excellent job, and the vehicle drove noticeably better after picking it up so I know the work by the technicians was excellent . However the costs associated with the work was less than ideal (although I do recognize the SQ8 is a high quality vehicle), but the 3% processing fee was annoying and would potentially cause me to look at other options in the future.

Very disappointed in the communication on my vehicle and the final results of my vehicle still not being repaired! I have invested over $3k in this vehicle at the dealership and I am no closer to it being corrected! And the final request was fo me to invest another $5k . And the advisor still not be sure that would resolve the issue! TOTALLY NOT Satisfied!

Richard did well; however, I have inquired about a class action lawsuit regarding the ongoing issue I have had with the oil consumption in my car. I have yet to hear anything back. I also want to point out that the work done in March that was supposed to fix the issue has only made it worse. I have to put oil in more often now. I am really disappointed with the service I have been receiving over the last few months. I know Richard is doing the best he can.
