Extremely professional, friendly and presented work and cost clearly. When no one was available to bring my car around at pick up, he promptly took care of it himself. Overall excellent customer service! Best experience ever at any dealership, and I used to go direct to Audi for maintenance in NH. Never received service like I did today. That’s saying something.

No communication, did not return my call. Also left a message in the general mailbox and no return call. Talked to someone who couldn't tell me what was going on with my car at 3pm-ish. 30-60minutes later get a text that car is done. Had no idea what was going on with my car for 2 days until I picked it up

Arameh does a fantastic job and always answers me questions and helps me when I call to ask for him. He is friendly and I recommend anyone that has an Audi to go to Audi of Morton grove to do service and ask for Arameh.

Sino was great. He listened to my concerns, went above and beyond to address them, and made me feel like a very valued customer. A+!!

Gary is very personable and caring. He always explains everything to me and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I feel comfortable and I trust what he tells me.

Gerald was professional and friendly. He delivered a detailed explanation my anticipated service. I received a call during my service to review potential concerns. We agreed upon a plan. Upon my arrival to the sales desk, I was not greeted with a friendly demeanor or professional manner. Neither young woman appeared competent in their role. In fact, one staff member pointed to the other staff member where my credit card should be entered. They appeared bored and just going through the motions. When I asked, where is my vehicle, the one girl pointed and the other said ….UMMM OUT THERE! I spent over 1400.00 there today and this is the sentiment that sticks with me. This was not the expectation nor the service that I am used to from Audi. Please escalate this to someone that will mentor and remedy this situation. Thank you, Lisa R
