Copy of multi point insection os black and white copy SO requires immediate attention is the same as result acceptable, rendering report useless as it cannot be read. I saw more detailed information at dealership : in technicians report, BUT did not receive that in my copies package. Just invoice and above photocopy multi point inspection. Would also like to see the diagnostic code indication left rear tailight fault. I am not confident of diagnosis re rear light issue

Our truck is waiting for its 4th rear end. It needs to be replaced - not rebuilt.

The only part that was unsatisfactory is that I was charged for the service and had to tell the employee that I had bought the extended coverage. This should be something that is checked by the company and not left up to the customer to remember and bring it to the employee’s attention.

I was waiting at the dealership for 4.5 hours for the car to get done. I have never had it take so long. There was also a delay checking for my spare tire because I had a puncture in 1 tire and told him several times I had run flat tires and no spare and would be going elsewhere to get a new tire.

Joe has always been extremely helpful to me. He is kind, courteous, and easy to talk to. He goes out of his way for me whenever I have an issue or come in for a regularly scheduled service. He also makes sure I am taken care of If I need a ride somewhere. Always a pleasure to work with.

The parts for the repair are not available. I had to have the vehicle towed to another place for the repairs.
