Gerald was excellent. However, the answering service the dealership uses is horrible. It took me over 1 month and at least 6 phone calls to get the appointment.

This may or may not be directly Dustin's issue, but having our cruiser out of service for 1 month was completely unsatisfactory. This is a public safety issue and should not have happened. I understand 1st-come 1st serve and scheduling however public safety is a different issue all together. Chief Hall

I was very satisfied with the whole experience at MGrath. Very good customer service with Arian! The loaner was ready for me when I arrived. When I picked up my car I found that paying and getting my car back was easily done.
