Great job all around

No I was not satisfied. Came in and told the problems to my advisor and he would correct me every time. On top of that, gave me a dirty loaner vehicle and proceeded to ask if I can come back and drop off the things in the loaner for a customer who left them in there. Absolutely not, since 1) I was told it wouldn’t be done until Friday due to not knowing what was wrong 2) I live an hour and 15 minutes away and 3) next time clean out the loaner rather than giving it to a customer. On top of that, I had my boyfriend pick up the car and the trim on the passenger side wheel well came flying off while on the highway when prior to dropping it off I never had that problem. It is absolutely ridiculous that this place has the worst customer service. Lastly, I was told it would be done Friday but they rushed my car due to the loaner vehicle containing things from another customer and almost caused a great accident by not doing the job thoroughly. All around, this is unacceptable.

I appreciate how Tony explained all that was going to be done (ahead of time) and what was done (when I picked it up). He arranged the loaner vehicle and the service team moved fast! They said it might not get done that day, but they did!
