I was very impressed with the whole With your dealership and service department. I have never used darlings Ford, but was quite satisfied with driving in, dropping off the vehicle, the courtesy ride back to my home, the text messages, indicating it was complete and pricing, and then finally, picking up the vehicle and paying for it. Thank you so much for this service.

I love working with William O'Rourke. He is extremely friendly, always remembers my car, and goes out of his way to make the whole service experience as easy as possible.

Gary did an excellent job assisting me and immediately went to work to helped me with my flat tire. I really appreciate his professional care of me.
When I first checked in wanting them to check my car out to see if it was safe to drive to Lakeland. The other service assistant said it would take 3 or 4 hours to fix it even though I were anxious to get to Gainesville for a Gator basketball game and a dinner before. Another man checked to see if the tire was in stock. There wasn’t one and he was told the tire wouldn’t be there until tomorrow about 2pm. The service assistant checked in other cars and didn’t even have the service personnel look at the car to see what the problem was. I told him I was extremely upset, especially since I had purchased almost every warranty available. And they wouldn’t even do anything to anything to help me.
However, when Gary returned from lunch he immediately has service personnel look at it. The tire had some metal in it and the tire actually had no air in it. He immediately checked to see if there was a loaner but there wasn’t. I decided I would wait until tomorrow. He called Wallmart to see if they could patch it so I could drive it to Gainesville and replace it once I returned. after my trip. They couldn’t patch it so he got an Uber to take me home and to pick up the tomorrow.
He also knew the warranties as the other service assistant didn’t. I’m very satisfied with Gary and the care he provided quickly.
I am probably going to buy a new car next year.
The one thing that bothers me, and I have heard other customers say the same, about the dealership in general is that even with an appointment every thing takes several hours. I feel that is a fault that is beyond the Service Department’s control.

Dear Friends at Ford,
Joe has such a desire to help and assist people it is really something that a Customer service representative should really strive to emulate. I would not go anywhere else.

Service supervisor Bob Sisk is an ****. Nickel and dimes customer after they spend 10s of thousands on Audis from his showroom. Treats u like an ignorant consumer. Rude. Cant see forest thru the trees in the sense that instead of building loyalty he makes you feel taken advantage of. Very untrustworthy approach. Runs premium brand audi service shop as if it were the sleazy mechanic shop from the town next door.
For the record, everyone else was very nice and professional. But bobs affect on the entire experience made me never want to step foot in your shop again.

Andrew was awesome—knowledgeable, efficient, and super friendly! I felt very comfortable leaving my car at the dealership after interacting with him, and will definitely return to this location for future service appointments.

Arameh did a really excellent job with client handling when there was a problem with the repair work I had done. He took full responsibility on behalf of Audi Morton Grove and quickly moved ahead with a loaner for me and a fix for my car.
