Service and technicians were very prompt and efficient, and my mud and slush sprayed car received a wash!! How great was that!!! Oh, and the coffee and snacks were a plus.

Jeff is exceptional! He is quick to smile and always remembers me by name. He goes above and beyond taking care of me. Many tha is for the snow Joe and replacing my wiper blades. Jeff us a problem solver and is very quick to say yes, I can help you with that. Thank you Jeff!!

Only improvement I would suggest is a quicker turnaround time. An oil change shouldn’t take longer than 45 minutes or an hour max. Otherwise, Darius was great and addressed all of my concerns and questions. Al TUMAS ****-****-xxxx

So when I made the appointment, the person on the phone said I would be charged for the service. I thought it was free as in the past. 5 minutes later, she calls me back and said the check was free since I purchased the car from there and so I said ok. I come in and the guy said he has to charge me. Classic bait and switch, I said no. I left
