It is always a pleasure to communicate with Cooper at Darlings. He is very polite, friendly and informative. The waiting room and facilities at Bangor are clean, quiet and comfortable. All staff are very pleasant. Thanks to everyone for doing a good job.

Zero communication, had to call 2-3 times per day Andrew was a coward and wouldn’t pick up the phone Was booked for a loaner car then unbooked last minute No attempt was made to let me know the time frame I would be completely without a car. Escalated issue to manager Bob…left voicemail, no return call. Was finally told a time to arrive and pick up my car, it took 40 minutes of me standing there to get the final paperwork because of an “error” by the parts department, then was asked to wait for a car wash…had to leave with a dirty car and handprints on the interior. Will never return, recommend to a friend, or buy a vehicle from a mcgrath dealership

Tony was awesome , quick and reliable . My guy is a true professional . Got my 40k service done and a few recalls done within the day , had a loaner so I didn’t have to put my life in pause and followed up to make sure my service was satisfactory. 10 out of 5 stars.

The service team did not update me throughout the day, they did not help with things I requested (syncing my garage door opener, helping me get keys), and gave me a service report that flagged the battery had an issue, but did not do anything about it. In all, a very disappointing first experience with the service dept.
