Auudii lakeland recognized that previous diagnosis was faulty. Yesterday's review and investigation resolved the question of where the electrical fault was and why. And no service charge this time around

Yes! Gerald is excellent with his service to customers. He goes above and beyond in educating the customers as well as ensuring them that they are in good hands. I have recently moved into the city, but I still come out to Orland as Gerald and the Audi dealership is one that I feel that I can trust and know that I will be serviced well. thank you!

Jeff is always very helpful when I come into Darlings. He explains everything comes out and checks with me a couple of times. I love Darlings I don't plan on ever buying another vehicle but if I do it will be with Darlings and it is because of the sales staff and the service department

All went well and he said about an hour for the service. He checked with me twice about how it was going. He reminded me I could use my ford points. I was happy to leave with a clean washed car. Linda

Darlings Ford is always very busy. Joe went out of his way today to get my vehicle in for service and order new tires for it. He always takes great care of my vehicle needs in a timely manner and always explains what needs to be done before any extra work is performed. Very happy with the Ford Service.
