Previously there couple time for service
They raccomand to do some things and i done it
Also ordered and Paid for part what it supposed be delivered last week and never got a call
I called the week after and finally i got to talk to someone who helped me saying the part is there and they will call me to schedule installation
The day ended and still no call have be made from service department
It’s frustrating that i will have to get this kind of service when paying a lot and not receiving not even a little bit of customer service, im having a vary bad experience at service department

Very professional, informative, & knowledgeable about what needed to be done ref: my vehicle. I asked a few direct questions & received open, honest answers. Vehicle was serviced in the appropriate time discussed. In fact ahead of schedule.

I was charged $228 for an oil change. I heard another customer on the phone saying her oil change was $95 and she had a similar Audi as mine. I questioned Gerald about the price of my oil change and he was able to look up my previous oil change but it also included other charges. Once it was time to pay I let him know I heard another customer say that their oil change was $95 he said I was mistaken and that the oil alone cost $80. I paid for the oil change but also let him know this would be the last time I was coming here and that I do make sure I answer reviews.
