Holly Norman was fantastic and made a normally super long wait go by fairly quick. As a sales rep myself I know the importance of a good representative for the company. Holly was very attentive and answered all my questions. If she didnt know the answer she went to get the correct answer promptly. I have bought Audi's from this dealership for a decade know and this was my most favorite experience. Gary in service answered all my questions as well and quoted everything I requested. Fantastic job by both Holly and Gary...

I brought my vehicle for an oil change and now it’s making weird noise , that I have never heard before.
I brought the vehicle back to you guys and without checking if everything were done right, they just sent me back on to the road! I don’t think that is the proper way of handling a vehicle! I want my vehicle without the noise , just as I brought it back to you guys and I will make sure not to bring my vehicle back to you guys! Thanks!
