Jeffrey went the extra step & found the needed repairs were partly covered under the extended warranty, which was missed on the initial visit. He also worked it out to make sure I received a ride back to pick up my vehicle when my request for the ride was inadvertently forgotten. Thanks

Problem still exist unfortunately. I noticed water coming in the car around the windshield post. Next morning the car would not start. May be the problem, don't know. Once the weather cleared up I haven't had a problem. I will know better this week when the rain/snow starts up again.

I was told my tires were rotated and they were not. I came back to the service department to let them know and they said they would note the account and someone would call me back. If the tires weren’t rotated when I was told they were I now question what else might not have been done and I never received a call back. I was at the service Dept for 2 hours for an oil change. I’ve lost trust in Darlings and will not be returning with any of my vehicles.
