Joe is one of the best people to work with. He does whatever he can do to provide you the best service in as timely a manner as possible. He’s very transparent in the whole process and very professional. I could not recommend him any higher.

Joe was absolutely awesome , the gentleman , who drove me home while my car was being serviced was so very nice. We had lovely conversation. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Unfortunately, I have come to expect average to below experiences across the entire “service” related spectrum. Today was different. Today the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I was greeted by Jeff until a handshake upon departure, Jeff exemplified superior and genuine customer care. I am grateful and you can be assured that when appropriate opportunities arise, I will share this experience.

I called about an oil issue with my truck. Joe explained they were very busy but if I dropped it off, he would fit it in if there was an opening. Within 24 hrs , he had my truck fixed for me. He is always going above and beyond to service my vehicles at a prompt time.

Jeff was excellent. He went above and beyond by helping me after my appointment when my car decided to lose all electrical power. He set me up with a different service manager, arranged my rental, and coordinated the transfer from express service to regular ford service. Absolutely astounding customer service.
