Gary was great - flexible and extremely helpful. However, our latest visit included the passenger airbag recall and on returning home we discovered that bolts attaching seat to floor were not tightened at all. Given that prior experience did not fix vibration and we had to return, we’ll likely be trying another Audi dealership in the future.
