My suggestion is to allow a customer to talk to a service writer. The scheduler would not work with us to get the car in sooner than a month even when we were willing to leave the car for the day and make multiple appointments to get the work done which has led me to go elsewhere. Again, Dustin was great to work with!

Great job good value reasonable wait time Jeff kept me informed of what was going on. I’m just disappointed I didn’t get a wash, but he explained it to me and I was fine with that ! 5 stars to you and your crew

Gary as always is professional and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns we have. He makes repairs actually enjoyable. I didn't even think that was possible......lol He is great and one of the reasons we continue to use Lakeland Audi.

Charlene was amazing assisting with scheduling my appt.; friendly and most helpful (so pleasant). Gerald is knowledgeable, efficient and quite gregarious. My car wash looks nice too, right before the big spring snow storm! Good experience. Great people! Well done, and thank you!
