I informed Tony at the time of dropping off my vehicle that I needed to leave by a certain time. When that time arrived I went to on the status of my vehicle and Tony was no where to be found. I looked in the parking lot and my car was sitting there already done. I have no idea how long my it was sitting there either. So Gary checked me out because the paperwork was sitting on Anthony’s desk. I also left and the Audi Connect was unplugged.

Cooper is the best. He understood it would take me a while to pay cause I get disability. I have brought my truck there since I bought it in 2016. It will never go anywhere else. Thank you for all you do

6hours waiting in lounge was unbearable service personnel should have provided me with a loaner they offered a ride home but when I advised I lived 15 mi away that was that. Since I was forced to sit and wait Darius said he’d try to get recall done in 2-3 hrs which I was willing to wait four but not 6. No periodic updates with no one to pick me up. Having purchase 4 vehicles from IA I’ll need to question my loyalty.

I have a Ford F150 that had a water pump replaced under warranty. The water pump T is now leaking. The T gaskets should have been replaced during the water pump replacement. It is a known issue that the T leaks. The T should be replaced during a water pump replacement. At a minimum the gaskets should have to be replaced.

When I pointed out to Tony that the price for the Audi Care on your website was substantially lower ($879) than the price quoted ($1199) he completely "dismissed" the issue and quickly segued to payment. Frankly, it felt a bit "rushed" to process the payment. There was another technician who should a bit more interest and took photos of the website info from my phone, and at least let me know that he would look into it. I plan on following up with the service manager, as this discrepancy is concerning. Ultimately, Tony's response to this issue was less than stellar.

Jeff was great to work with and I left feeling that I had the best experience I have ever had with any vehicle service. Jeff was kind, patient and thorough! I will be requesting to work with him for all of my future service needs!
