I am very pleased with Gerald as my service rep. Not only is he familiar with my car and the the repair/maintenance history,he also is familiar with me as a driver and the kind of driving patterns I have. Gerald is also professional, polite and keenly knowledgeable regarding Audi maintenance and required repair following diagnosis. Customer satisfaction has been his goal and effort when relating to me as a customer. I rate him as outstanding!!
