No fault of the dealer or service advisor. However, I’m completely dissatisfied that a single part to fix the issue with my car is not in stock readily available. This is unacceptable. I’m looking on line at third party parts resellers and the part number
4M0-883-920 is ready and available to be purchased.
This is a brand new car, so for the seat head rest not to work it is totally unacceptable by me. Great service, great follow up but no resolution of the issue so NO I’m not satisfied at all.

Only one issue: I noticed a note on my paperwork saying my MMI buttons were sticking. No one said anything about this to me or offered to repair it. Why?

You can call me back instead of me making all the calls ! I hate it when I'm told we will call you back and never do!! But that's the way things are now a days !! Sorry but that's how feel it's you do for me and the hell with you please don't call or text I'm done with darlings ! Good luck maybe you will change your ways

Don't think it was Blaine personally he was as friendly and professional as one could be. Just overall unhappy with the past few months of experience with darlings. The quality and attention to detail was missed completely. Blaine was responsive and helpful but believe the darlings methods are to cut corners and go the cheapest route. For this darlings has lost my business unfortunately.
