Made the process super easy and explained pricing and what work I was getting done thoroughly and easy for me to understand. Also he explained to keep an eye out for future concerns such as my tires might need replacing before winter possibly. Great service.!

William is the best but telephone communication is often iffy. Liam was trying hard to get me in but I shouldn’t have to be on extended hold trying to find out when he can squeeze me in on one of my infrequent trips to Bangor. The last hold was so long, I gave up. This has happened more than once. Yesterday morning, William answered the phone directly and get me right in. Jake fixed my car - no problem - he’s obviously a top-notch mechanic ! We’ve been bringing our Audis and VW’s to you for almost 30 years and some of our family as well.

Jackie is very knowledgeable on VW service. He is always watching out for me and my Atlas. I appreciate the top notch service. I travel 3 hrs and Jackie keeps this is kind whenever I call and make an appointment. I will definitely be purchasing my next atlas crossover from Darlings.
