We were both very happy with the service provided. Also very happy that your technicians didn’t add on additional costs that weren’t needed. You were kind enough too fit us in as an emergency & we greatly appreciate all your expertise & help. Thanks too all of you for keeping us updated on our Audi. By the way, your coffee is awesome! I would have loved some donuts & cookies too go with it. Maybe next time? Lol ????

Horrible customer service. Everytime I bring in my car for service I regret coming to this Audi location. They have absolutely no customer service at all and very rude!! No one welcomes you when you walk in, you re just waiting for 10 minutes to be told have a seat.
