We have only been Audi owners for two weeks. Service department interactions have the ability to taint the entire car buying decision. I was very thankful that our positive buying experience carried over to how Mr. Fachinetti handled our service experience. His communication through the entire process was above and beyond. Grateful for his resolving our concerns before we take our Audi out of state. Thank you!

I spent 4 hours there after a two hour drive one way. I was charged over $400 for something I was told was covered by my extended warranty. When I left I still had no idea what the problem was. Than another two hour drive home. Also i was basically called a liar. I have had three different visits to the dealership over the years, this is by far the worst dealership that I have visited. However it will be my last.

Always have had great service until this experience!my car was towed there from Ellsworth s Darlings I understand you couldn’t get it in for 5 days to check it out but after diagnosing it , I called every day and got the run around as to when it would be ready,lastly was told it might be done at the end of the day Friday but may not be until Saturday morning, never heard from you so I call Saturday and was told the part wasn’t arriving until Monday and it would get fixed then! I call at 11am and it’s all ready but none called me!!!!to tell me!Disappointed in the customer service and never have been in the past! Cody was great finishing up communications with me!thanks Cody!
