Prime Connect/ Wi-Fi still isn’t working, hasn’t worked since April 11th, before this date everything worked great, all they did was a hard reset which rates all my stored info and now I can’t log back in, josh and Juan tried to help but couldn’t do anything, will return next weekend.

There are issues with my car that I am not satisfied with. I felt like the staff did not believe what I know about my car, and I felt like I was being brushed off. I’ve never had an experience like I had today. Typically the service is great.

Everyone was courteous to me. Everything went smoothly, job was done on on schedule. The Driver that took me home and back to Darlings was very courteous. Thank you to all.

The only thing is the wait for parts to come in and the wait for the window to be fixed. When you only have one vehicle and have to wait a few weeks with temporary fixes is disappointing.
