Do not need to contact me. Only issue was when I came to pick up my car. 4 attendants sat at their desks for a good 5-10 minutes before 1 decided to come by and ask what I was there for. Regarding my car, I only received one text message stating the car is ready for pick up. The link included in the text sent me to a website that said alignment, brakes, and tire replacement was needed which I declined. Will be returning to get this work done prior to winter starting.

Your prices are insane. $295 for what was effectively an oil change and general once-over of the car (nothing else was wrong, look at my records from yesterday) means I’ll be taking my service elsewhere. Your need for bloated profit margins is clear. I’ll find another service provider and enjoy the significant savings.

Cooper is the best service advisor I’ve worked with in years. He saved me, literally. I was trying to leave ahead of the Hurricane impact and had truck issues and he made a space for me and got my truck fixed just in time. I was considering buying a new truck soon and Ford was not necessarily on my list. I may have to look again because of Cooper.
