Jacky has handled a few difficult problems with our car in the last 5 or so years and he has always been thorough in his evaluation and keeping us informed about the progress and diagnosis of the problem. He is very patient and calm and explains things in a way we can understand. This time was the same.
Due to this time falling over a holiday and some staff being ill I became a little frustrated when I wasn’t kept informed about my cars status but Jacky was his usual thorough and attentive technician self once my car’s turn came around and was worked on.

We bought brand new tires. 2days later we noticed a leak. We were charged over $100 to get it fixed very disappointed

A curtisey loan vehicle should be made available to loyal customers regardless of mileage, think of it as advertising for the customer to trade up to newer vehicle ????

This was a re-do of service that did not solve the problem the first time. But Darlings did not charge me for labor so I am satisfied that they did the best they could.
