I did not feel appreciated as a customer. I bought my Audi from Clearwater, but have driven to Lakeland for the past 4 years for service. Service has been great until today’s experience. Stefano had a very ‘that’s the way it is, **** it up & deal with it’ attitude towards me. He didn’t explain himself well regarding the part/service that I needed, nor did he explain the invoice well. It took several iterations of the same conversation to get anywhere. I also didn’t appreciate his ‘ask your husband’ comment. I’ll decide when I need to consult with my husband. I was so upset with today’s experience that I was ready to sell my Audi.

Everything went smoothly. I felt like was treated as a valued customer. Everything was explained clearly and I was treated with patience and nd respect. I found the video to make the repair feel more personal. I’m very happy with the care that was taken in my repair experience. And, incidentally, the car works.

Ryan treated me as vip and went above and beyond to help expedite my service on a day that was critical for with time. Flat tire night before an important meeting I was speaking and needed to prepare for. I secured a rental not to waste time after tow drop at McGrath. In morning, Ryan called me after already called several co’s to locate provider of my tire package. He took initiative -and that - not only saved me time to locate details let me focus on my day. He had all fixed in time for me to be able to cancel rental, pick up my Audi and - time to finalize my notes and make the meeting on time I was speaking at. Ryan took that initiative and helped turned around a day that could have been a disaster for me. Next to the luxury experience of driving the Audi- it’s service that differentiates Audi from all peers in the global markets. And at the dealerships, it’s reps like Ryan that maintains that Audi experience brand known for in the globe. Thanks McGrath !
