Jacky was very helpful and explained in detail with pictures of shields needed that came off on the underside of my car. I will be bringing the car back for the repair of the shields. It is always great to work with Jacky Deng.

Vincent was excellent. Not sure why I was sent a message to pay prior to pick up, though. The cashier had me give me my credit card and ID. Then she asked if I had my key when it was right there in the folder. Paying ahead did not save any of my time
