Jesse is the best Service Advisor!
After taking care home major problems with left rear axle where boots replaced. Had to tow car back next day, lost 1 days work. Robert said the mechanic bent the metal plate causing it to be not drivable. Took 3 hours to make repairs. Prior to the "repairs " I had no problems with the plate. Poor workmanship causing damage to my car.

Great experience, although it was busy I was seen in a timely manner and was made to feel like my time was important. Javier was amazing and addressed my concerns.
I am completely DISAPPOINTED with the service i had. I paid for $129 an exterior detailed car wash. But it was not totally done and cleaned as expected for paying that much amount of money. I could have just brought my car somewhere cheaper but better service. If only i can attach pictures and videos here so you know how disappointing this service was. Not only that. I dropped off my car at 9 and finished at 3:30 pm? Yeah that’s the first and last detailed car wash of my car at your dealership. ????????♂️ ????????♂️ ????????♂️
