Worst service representative I’ve ever dealt with.
All of the agency’s representatives were pleasant, efficient and courteous. The tech in the showroom was very helpful with some cer features. I was pleased with the service.
Alec was fantastic. Explained everything that was to take place. They Lexus service team went above and beyond. I never have to second guess their service and Lexus reputation. See on my next scheduled service.

I have an issue with my Lexus not starting on occasion. The mechanics were unable to find any problems. I am still experiencing this issue of the car not starting. The employees were great, so nice and accommodating. My dissatisfaction is with the car, not the employees

After taking care home major problems with left rear axle where boots replaced. Had to tow car back next day, lost 1 days work. Robert said the mechanic bent the metal plate causing it to be not drivable. Took 3 hours to make repairs. Prior to the "repairs " I had no problems with the plate. Poor workmanship causing damage to my car.
