I’ve had my Gx550 in twice since I bought it and both times Justin in service has taken great care of me. It’s my first Lexus and I think I’ll be a Lexus owner for life. The service is second to none.
Brando was very personable, courteous and informative. I really felt that he was a perfect fit for his job description.
I was treated with respect. Jay was communicative and the service was done within the time period specified.

Cory was very friendly and helpful when I dropped off my vehicle, and waited patiently while I downloaded an updated insurance card for using a loaner vehicle. I was not expecting such a nice loaner vehicle and was definitely not expecting my vehicle to be vacuumed inside when I picked it up. I look forward to bringing my vehicles here for service in the future.

Brought vehicle in for oil change and was told vehicle would be ready in 2 hours. I chose to wait (thinking it would be 2 hours) and 4.5 hours later, Luis brings my vehicle around and asks if I’d had any issues with my driver door. I say “no” and he proceeds to tell me (as he’s handing me my keys) that the driver door is not opening from the inside and then proceeds to accuse me of bringing it there like that. He was beyond rude & abrasive. I told him your cameras would show me arriving and getting out of the vehicle FROM THE INSIDE and STILL, he only wanted to argue. This continued on for at least 5 minutes until I chose to walk away because it wasn’t going anywhere and he clearly was not interested in helping me.
I told him that he was not handing my $150,000 vehicle back to me in worse condition than I brought it in.
Reggie Leo (who is AMAZING every single time I see or speak with him) was gracious enough to let me vent to him throughout the situation and was able to direct me to Matt, the Service Manager.
Matt (Service Manager) got me into a loaner and said he would be in contact regarding my vehicle and whatever repair it now needed. I called and texted for 2 days to see if there was any update and it wasn’t until I left a voicemail for him mentioning leaving a negative google review that I received a callback from him.
Honestly, if it wasn’t for me always having such an amazing experience with Reggie, I would have left that google review but I didn’t want that negativity impacting Reggie in any way.
Hedrick is always great. He’s the only one iI trust my car with.
