Nothing Autumn did, but I was disappointed that a balance isn’t conducted/included on the tires being rotated that were purchased at the dealership. It can’t be that much effort to check the balance-any additional cost for that basic function-disappointing.

My transmission seems to be making slightly more vibration than before and I told Robert I’m gonna keep an eye on it and let him know if it doesn’t get better.
Replaced a unrepairable tire with a used tire only to bring it back two days later and replace it with a brand new tire. But I paid a new tire price for a used tire in the first place.

Went in to have an iridium spark plugs replaced with regular spark plugs. New iridium spark plugs were then installed. Did not notice oversight until I returned home. At least car now runs better so will just keep them regardless of ridiculous cost. Not a good experience but service rep was great. New digital signing system **** because customer is not given paperwork at beginning of job.
We were treated well by all involved. Wish it did not take so long but we know how busy it was.
