On a scale from 1-10 I would say this was a 4 and 1/2. The price I was quoted over the phone was not accurate nor honored, the initial price given to me when there was almost twice that of Lexus of Palm beach, the time to do the service was estimated as 1-2 hours and after 3 hours I had to go to the front desk myself and inquire when I was told my car had been done and was sitting out front, I had asked about other service issues that were never looked into for me, I never met anyone at the dealership in person other than the intake staff and the cashier. I really like my car, and the dealership I bought it from treated me like gold, but today was just ok. On the good news front, you had the part in-stock and the service was done right.

I was recommended to get the air conditioning cleaning/sanitation as a preventative measure and also the wheel alignment was added which wasn't part of my standard check up list provided by Lexus and increasing costs by $360. It wasn't clear why the wheel alignment was needed before any inspection was done or any issue was detected. Also this morning was driving and there is an odor that comes out of my air conditioning vents so the cleaning recommendation seems appropriate but it doesn't seem to have worked well, so was a bit disappointed in that outcome.
Satisfied with the service from Kay although my 2025 tx 350 is still not fixed completely. Waiting to hear back from Kay when I can expect to bring it back for the rear speaker issue.
