I was completely satisfied with the customer service that I received today from Guilligan Yee. He was friendly and thorough when checking the vehicle in. He made sure I was aware of what services would be completed. He notified me when the service was completed. When picking up the vehicle, he made sure I was aware of services completed, status of vehicle inspections. I was very pleased with the services provided and I will request that Guilligan Yee assist me on my next visit. He is a great representative for the service department at Lexus.
