Came in for an oil service. with appointment 9:45 in the morning
It took 4hours for the oil service
After I picked up my vehicle notice vehicle driver side seatbelt was stuck. I couldn’t release to myself to unbuckle. so now my car is not gonna get service maybe until Monday riding on a loaner now.
Our service advisor, Gil Lee, truly represents Lexus as a fantastic brand ambassador, and stands out as a most personable service expert. I can’t think of a more qualified and knowledgeable person to handle any Lexus automobile service tasks. Lexus of Valencia is very fortunate to have Gil on their staff. Would rate as an 11, on a scale of 10!
Christian was so helpful! Very communicative and really took care of me and my family. He went above and beyond with his service and truly felt satisfied as a customer. I will only be scheduling with Chris moving forward!

Elijah Dominguez provided outstanding service. He made sure my vehicle was completed per the timeline he specified. Elijah was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, technically astute, and helpful. He made sure that I was comfortable during my wait. Elijah has a great skill set that suits him well for a future management position.

My complaint is with the exterior interior portion of the service. Specifically the window cleaning. The detailer left a haze and swirl marks on all the windows that is really visible in bright light. Also the clear plastic of the dashboard and gps units has a milky haze on them.
This is not satisfactory.
