Elija was professional and courteous, and he did a good job. However, the person who called me before to take the appointment misrepresented the situation by not having the parts ready for the job and I had to make another trip in order for the service to be performed on a different day

As a matter of fact I was trying to get in contact with Danny Nieves regarding scratches on my car. I was very specific about the way my car was handled when I visited the service department on November 26 on recalled service. My left side bumper was scratched and a touch-up paint has been applied. I didn't see until a few weeks ago. I made Daniel aware of it and he said why didn't I noticed earlier and Karen Reiner didn't believe that I took so long to notice it. Almost implying that I was making it up. It happened again, they scratched the rear left side of my car. After review the video entry, the scratch was not there. Karen told me that she's going to take care of as a courtesy. That was the worst customer service I've ever had since doing business with JM Lexus. Karen even told that they serviced over 200 cars a week, they never had any complaints. I find that hard to believe. Although, it's quite far but I would rather go to Lexus North Miami for my future services. I will be contacting cooperate office, if this matter is not handled correctly. Very disappointed!
