John Nahar is a phenomenal service representative. I have been coming to JM Lexus for a while now and John has always been very caring, helpful, kind and ready to give the ultimate customer service. I bought the vehicle as a certified in June 2025. With less than a year and under 10k miles of the car with me, I’m being asked to bear the cost of front brakes replacement. Not the kind of service I was expected from a Lexus Dealership. Also I mention a complaint about the wipers during during my last service itself, but when I received my vehicle post my last service, I was told that nothing wrong with viper. But in the very next service(now), it was mentioned that viper is having issues and needs replacement. The dealership is doing all sort of things to avoid repairing/replacing the parts under warranty and charging customers to pay for the repairs.

I recently brought my Lexus in for service at the dealership. My service advisor Vahagn Nazaryan was friendly and explained everything clearly. overall the work was good . My car was returned clean and running perfectly. Highly recommend their service !

I was first customer in line for my 7 AM scheduled appointment. However, I was not the first customer helped. The customer in line immediately after me was helped first. It was several minutes after I entered the service garage before my service rep was available to help me. When my car was finished, I saw it outside the customer waiting area. Normally, when this happens, in a very short time (usually a minute or two), the LEXUS service rep contacts me to advise that my car is ready. This time, after waiting approximately 15 minutes, I went into the service area to inquire about my car. A LEXUS service rep (not the same one who checked me in) helped me and I was on my way. Not the level of service I expect from LEXUS.

Amazing experience with Randy. Appointment was at 4, showed up 15 mins late but was greeted with a smile and well mannered. While getting every paperwork done, he did not hesitate to make polite conversation. Explained everything clear and well. Made sure I had everything I needed since my car had to stay overnight. Well deserved stars ???????????????????? Would also like to add the cashier in the service department that helped me out that same day. I don’t remember her name, but she was such a ray of a shine. Very sweet and polite.

5 stars for Keyes Lexus Service. Alejo Morales was my service manager and he was outstanding. Kept me updated, explained everything, and made the whole process easy. Car runs great. Highly recommend asking for Alejo.

I understand that they were short staffed! I waited for my car for over an hour as it sat in the same spot! He handed me the key and I walked over and cleaned the plastic and paper out of my car! After waiting over an hour! I would have at least expected it to be washed!

I called JM Lexus several times to inquire about my replacement part. My vehicle was serviced on May 17, 2026. I find it hard to believe that it takes over two weeks to get a part. I finally called and spoke to a very nice lady in the service department on May 31, 2026. On June 1, 2026 I received a phone call from that nice lady advising me that my part is in. I never heard from Chauncey and I am not satisfied with him.
