Roberto was out today. So I had Eric. He was on. When I came to pick up my car, he was not there. There were 2 people I taking and checking out people. Needless to say, it was backed up. Snd the person I worked with just read off the stuff on the paperwork. I don’t think they had been briefed about what I was having done with my car. Really understaffed. I had a dent removed and had done buffing. No one walked me out to see if I was satisfied with the work. I found a scratch which I didn’t see before so we are checking that out as well.
