Danny was exceptional at handling a previously in resolved issue that I didn’t have time to deal with and organizing things so i could have the car serviced and also the part could be ordered and I not have to make trip back. He understood I had been misled before and not able to make it to pick up my special needs kids because of a cavalier hope it would be resolved before. He was aware of this this time and updated me to make all necessary updates for software, a part, and even gas up the car for me to not have to come back. Lexus top tier service.

Brought the Audi back for heated seat repair. Grease all over and tint scratches...they said they would fix it. Check engine light came on so we brought it back, had cam code they said just a solenoid, I specifically asked if oil was clean and free of debris they said yes all good 2 go...drove like 15 miles home said stop engine oil pressure low. I pulled the oil filter and it had the most metal I have ever seen. Needs new engine and turbo...and there is still grease under the seat and in front of driver. Not really happy.

I submitted one comment already. I was very very dissatisfied at the length of time and The communication. Apparently. I was an unimportant customer. My time is not valuable and not even worthy enough to make me think it valuable. Very disappointing. I’ve been a Lexus owner since 2008. I hope this is not the future.

Randy , was polite, He explained to me everything what they are going to do for my car. I was expecting that I will pick up that day but anyway I was able to pick up the car at 10am.No worries. This I just my opinion that u charged so much.

The service was excellent. However, since they replaced my battery, I lost all of my settings. When I was being helped by a technology expert, he was useless. He knew nothing. He finally called someone else who had it all restored in 10 minutes. First person should not be allowed to touch a vehicle!
