My experience was entirely positive with the service. My car was also washed, something it really needed, and I was planning to take it over there myself, but I appreciate that they handled it. Waiting room is very comfortable. Thank you for the fine service.

It seems that the Service advisors and Manager just pass the issues back to the customer to do the leg work to get a problem resolved and I was told to contact the ****-****-xxxx Customer Service number to voice my concerns about poor material/workmanship on the interior of my Lexus. Shortly after I had purchased my vehicle - I brought my issues to the attention of the Service Manager and I was told that Lexus wouldn't fix my concerns unless it looked worse and to come back several months later. I was contacted by a case manager at the Customer service number that informed me that the dealership should have reached out to the Tech Team and if that didn't fix/resolve the issue then they should have reached out to the Field Technical Specialist. When the total sales price of a vehicle is close to $60,000 one would expect better quality in a vehicle. This is my first Lexus and my last Lexus that I will be purchasing.

Was a hassle free experience
Brought my car into be serviced at the scheduled appointment time. There was an issue that needed to be looked at so figured I would be there for a while. Michael did offer to put me in a loaner after an hour and a half of waiting, which I appreciated. They brought up the loaner within another half hour, but I told them I would need to get my car seats out of my car before I could leave. I had my one year old daughter with me and needed her seat to go home as well as getting my three year old daughters seat out of my car as well. The guy who had me sign the rental agreement said he would have someone bring up my car shortly so I could get the car seats. After 10 minutes he said they should be bringing it up now. Another 10 minutes later and another it should be coming up now. After standing outside next to the rental for 30 minutes I went inside and asked another guy if he could please find my car so I could get the car seats out and leave. He finally got them to bring my car out another 10 minutes later. I finally saw Michael after they got my car and he said I’m trying to get a hold of the guy he’s test driving your car and won’t answer. I said they just brought it out. After switching both car seats from my car to the loaner we left. Not even 5 minutes down the road Michael calls me and says we know what the issue is and we have to order parts but your car is safe to drive home. I said I’m already gone, so you’re saying I need to bring the loaner back. And he said yes but as long as you bring it back tomorrow. I said I live an hour and a half away I’m not coming back tomorrow I’ll just turn around now. I had to bring it back and wait for them to bring my car back up front again, which took another 15 minutes. If it wasn’t for the guy I found to look for my car I would have been standing outside by the rental for over an hour. This was so unprofessional and of course a man wouldn’t understand the pain it is to move car seats between cars twice while having a one year old with you. He should have never put me in a rental without making sure the car wouldn’t be done that day and it should not have taken 45 minutes to find my car and bring it out front to get my belongings out if you were going to put me in a rental.
