You asked if I was treated as a valued customer? I was somewhat satisfied with service I asked for fluids to be topped off and that did not happen I did ask for brake service performed and they said they did that but I can’t be sure if that’s true. Because if they didn’t do a simple thing as topping of fluids how do I know my brakes were even looked at?
Ernesto was wonderful. In spite of the fact that the service shop was very busy the day I came for my appointment, Ernesto was sincerely apologetic & gave me an alternate appt on another day that was very convenient for me. He just wanted to make it right - even though it wasn’t his fault that the service shop was in chaos the day I arrived for the first appt.
