My service representative was Henry. He was absolutely amazing and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about him. I had brought my Lexus in previously for a slow leak in my tire. The previous rep told me there was nothing wrong with it and that I just didn’t put enough air in it. Henry made sure to tell the technician to double check my tire and they did indeed find a very small nail in the tire. I would highly recommend Henry to anyone else that comes into Lexus for service.

The service itself was fine, but you make too many reminder calls. I got a text, an email, and a phone call within 5 minutes of scheduling my service online. It's overkill and annoying.
