The entire service team was welcoming and informative. Then Eve, in tech support, is very professional. Her knowledge of "buttons, bells, and Lexus voice features is outstanding & remarkable.
I was disappointed with this visit and I have seen a steady decline in service at JM. Two items that stood out during this visit:
1. This is the third visit in row when the Apple Pay did not work when I was trying to check out. It’s a known issue and apparently not something management appears willing or able to cure.
2. More disturbing to me this visit was the reaction I received from the SA when I requested a transmission service. I was told that this vehicle has lifetime fluid, a service is strongly discouraged, and if I was adamant that I would have to sign off on paperwork acknowledging a risk and that I would bear any consequences financially. Basically I would lose my warranty on the transmission. I have to say this is beyond baffling. This is a service listed by Lexus as optional at 60k miles. This feedback from the dealer tells me you did not know your product, you lack the staff to perform the service from a technical standpoint, or you simply don’t care if the transmission fails after the warranty period. To make matters worse, when I got home I notes a line item charge related to the transmission service I never received for @ $18. It’s hard to wrap my head around all of this from what I had previously perceived to be a preeminent dealership.
At this point I have lost faith in the service department and will follow up with corporate to understand better where I can get my vehicle appropriately serviced.

I was very satisfied by Danny, my service consultant. However, I dropped the car off 9:15 in the morning and it wasn't ready till 5:35. It was a routine 5000 mile service and a reload of software for camera recall. My disappointment was the car was not cleaned. Floor mats were vacuum ed but the dash board & screen were not cleaned. I thought this was part of the service.
Friendly, professional and replay helpful. He is very efficient. Had a good communication with him.
