Working with Billy Bailey is awesome. He is very attentive to every customer and wants everyone to be happy and satisfied. In grading him on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 92. Fantastico to be great would be a good description of Billy Bailey.
Knowledgeable and answered all questions asked. Explained the diagnostic process needed for one of our issues. Turned out the issue once discovered would cost just under 3 grand to repair, which angered and disappointed me. I have a 2019 RX and to require a 3000 dollar repair to a relatively new car with only 28,000 miles I think is not what I expected with a Lexus. Certainly not Daniel’s fault!
