Tino was attentive and understood my reasons for service. He was prompt with providing a timely check-in. The service was done within a few hours and as soon as I arrived for pick up he had my paperwork ready for signature and explained what was done to my vehicle. I look forward to next time.

Worked with to set an appointment, met me almost as soon as I drove in, and wrote up my service needs very quickly. He also kept me posted on the status of my service. Very professional.
Service consultant, Kristina fabulous and efficient. Explained everything in detail and getting servicing started was seamless. Picking my car up, another matter. I was advised to sit on the bench outside the service door and my car would be right out. I waited 15 min until the gentleman sitting next to me asked to see the papers I was holding( I thought he was a customer) because he was chatting with the staff. He yelled at someone about getting my car. Didn’t get up, yelled and kept visiting. I waited another 5-10 min. another man approached and asked for the paperwork again. He left, returned about 5 min later and said car was being moved to wash it. I went back inside. Same guy came and got me when car was ready, I opened the car door and smelled this noxious odor. It was really bad, someone had passed gas on delivering the car. I opened the doors and just waited for it to air out. Infuriating and rude!!!!!! I almost came back into the office because I was so pissed but instead I just paced around. How obnoxious can you be??? Do Better!!!
