Jesse is super! I really appreciate he took his time to answer my questions. I was having an issue as I needed to sign up for remote service and the app and car weren’t communicating. He found out what needed to happen and got it working for me.

Corvis (service manager) went way beyond expectations. He sat in my car and explained additional features of my car to me, and was in no rush at all to help me. He was very thorough and made sure I understood. It was freezing that day and he could care less.

Service was great! It was a pleasure working with Wendy Fermin, she did an excellent job taking care of my car and all the paperwork. The team who handled the oil change also did great work. I really appreciated getting my car back clean and vacuumed. Also, it was nice to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a sweet treat while I was waiting. Thank you!
Omar was so good and pleasant and he explained everything to me and made the process quick, he even offered me an uber!!!! I am so happy I got to work with him today.

I received a text my car was ready to go however when I arrived I had to wait longer as the car was not truly ready. The car was rushed to be washed and on top of that I was charged for some reason, completely ridiculous
