I’m reaching out regarding my visit yesterday for the 30,000 mile maintenance service. I picked up my car in the evening so I didn’t notice any problems until the next morning, I noticed a scratch on my vehicle that was not present prior to the appointment.

My service today was disappointing. To begin with, they did not have me down for my appointment, despite having called to reschedule from last Wednesday to today, Friday. I arrived right at 8 a.m. and told Alejo that my car's tire pressure sensor light was on. I mentioned I had brought it in weeks ago, and the technician told me then that the tires were fine, but the sensor (or its battery) needed to be changed. I asked Alejo to have them fix this issue.
After over three hours, Alejo told me I had to bring my car back for a diagnostic check because the technician didn't have time to look at it, yet he did not give me a cost estimate. He also told me my passenger airbag has a recall and I have to bring it back for that.
After leaving my car there for over three hours and paying over $244, I still have not had my tire sensor fixed. Why did the service manager not check that during the three hours they had the car? Why wasn't I told how much it would cost to repair the sensor? And why was I not notified of the airbag recall before? I am truly disappointed!"
I had a very positive experience. Ernesto is very professional and courteous. I am so glad I bought a Lexus and know it won’t be my last. The service makes all the difference. Thank you Ernesto.

I was in and out pretty efficiently. Friendly but I don’t like having to pay to use my credit card. And no checks..:-(
The service took a little longer than anticipated because of difficulty locating a special order tire for my vehicle but the desk staff were great in informing me about the problem. In the interim I enjoyed the special Lexus lounge while I read a book.
