Unequivocally, the goal was simply to induce me to pay over $1,000.00 for the “recommended” 60k miles service which was not necessary. The vehicle was serviced at JM Lexus in December 2025 and additional things were done that exceeded $1,600. It was disingenuous to suggest I duplicate the same or substantially the same thing. This is bad business and i am appalled. To feign ignorance that Lexus did apprise anyone last month of the “recommended” 60k mile service is unconscionable in light of the fact that the vehicle had 62k miles when serviced in December 2025. This is the first time i took the time to express my complaints and i don’t take this lightly. JM needs to do better other than seeking to obtain my “unnecessary” money from customers. It’s not about the money but the principle. Treat everyone with respect and dignity

Had 2 wiper blades installed and it was$35+ for labor on that, I’m assuming it only took a few minutes and I’ve been a loyal customer since I bought the car there I’ve never had work done elsewhere

Second time working with Adi. Top notch communication and professionalism. Recommended new spark plugs but fist made me aware that the old ones simply needed tightening. Did not feel pressed or that I was attempting to be sold. Simply notified that the lifespan of recommended changes for spark plugs are here. I come from Lincoln due to the professionalism I’ve experienced and specifically with Adi on both occasions. Thank you!
