The service was fine. I was aggravated that the service man notified me that my service contract expires in September. When I purchased the car and service contract I said I wouldn’t want it if it was by time. I was told that it could be by mileage. I was under the impression that I purchased a contract for 50,000 miles.
You have many offices that are not vacant, yet nobody uses their office. I travel a great distance to visit so always wait for service to be complete. There is only a small counter to sit at for me to get computer things done. Please provide a better work area with power for customer's use.

The agent didn’t tell me what the service entailed and did not ask me if I wanted the car washed. This is not the quality of service I’m used to from my Lexus dealer.

Appreciate the communication and the smooth process! The only critique I have is that the new tires I got were dirty / had some sort of residue on them.
